I went in and gave my fob to the maintenance desk. I went in and took a chair and sat down. Several employees that I have dealt with came by and we talked about things. After about 45 minutes I got a message on my phone that my car was completely ready to hit the road. Very satisfied with the experience.

Zach Mabe and the rest of the staff were all very helpful. It went as smoothly as possible. When buying a new vehicle it is never a short process, but they made it as comfortable and quick as possible. When going into a Dealership you have a range of emotions. You are excited about finding a new car but you are nervous when it comes to the financial process. You wonder what are you going to end up paying after everything is added up and calculated, at least for the average person. They explained everything well and took the time to answer any questions I had. It was a pleasant experience..

The invoice for services done says tires was rotated, but they were not! I always mark the 2 front tires to double check if they do rotate the tires. I’ve been burned before by other dealerships, so I don’t trust anyone. I was really hoping the Chevrolet business would not disappoint me. I called the service dept when I got home from work and checked everything. They offered for me to bring it back up there but it was at closing. Jerry Cooper

I did all my research online so I knew what I needed, wanted and could purchase. I came into the dealership to test drive the truck and show it to my wife on that test drive. Getting the test drive was a bit of an ordeal, nothing crazy just cautious managers hearing a guy wanting to take a sitxty thousand dollar truck for an hour doing thier due diligance. After the test drive the purchase was easy. Managers helped me through some of the process while my salesperson had another guest. They all chipped in to get the deal done. The prep was a bit on the slow side, we even left for 20 minutes and came back. Total prep time had to be close to an hour, but hey the truck looked great and I am happy with the purchase.

I have been doing business at the dealership since in the 1980’s. This dealership is like family! All the employees is very professional, friendly, always greeting us, and their beautiful smiles. I have never had a problem getting the vehicles serviced and they will work with you so it’s convenient for us.

I would recommend Enterprise Chevrolet to anyone. I have been doing business with the dealership for 54 yrs. I have always had excellent service with the service department and sales. I couldn’t ask for a better overall experience. All the employees are friendly and make you fill very special.

Everyone was very cordial and helpful, but I was not given honest answers about the price of the vehicle I purchased. When I was sitting at Avery's desk, I asked him several times, "How much is the Trax?" Every time he said that he did not know; he said that we would have to go look at it. I should have researched before I walked through the door and not trusted the finance manager, who jacked up the price $2000 from what it was listed on the Entwrprise Dealership website.

Great experience. Arrived on time . Service manager was waiting, very helpful and I was in the waiting not long , maybe 30 minutes and my truck was finished. I had an oil change, tire rotation and air filter replaced. I was very satisfied with the expertise and the results of my appointment.
